Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Understand clients’ logistics needs and offer tailored transport solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential sales leads.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of our logistics solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Romanian; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
